About Clarto

Clarto is an independent calculator that answers one question: what will an email or newsletter platform really cost you over the next 12 and 24 months, as your list grows?

How it works

• Every number comes from each vendor's own published pricing page (or the plan data that page loads), checked by hand and dated. Today that's Kit, beehiiv, systeme.io and Mailchimp; HubSpot is shown but not totalled because it doesn't publish prices at larger list sizes.
• If a price isn't published, Clarto says so and leaves it out of the totals. It never guesses and never uses third-party price lists.
• Platforms are ranked by cost only. Affiliate links never change the order. See the affiliate disclosure.
• All 156 price rows are public: every price we used and the raw prices.json.

What it doesn't do

No sign-up, no email capture, no cookies, no tracking scripts. Details are in the privacy note.
